What are e-statements?
An e-statement is an electronic version of a paper statement. It contains the exact same information and images
as the paper statement. Instead of receiving your account statement via mail, you will log on to our secure site
to retrieve the statement electronically.
Onebanc e-statements offers an attractive solution for online customers. Personal and business banking customers
are notified immediately when statements are ready, can view their statement whenever and from wherever they'd like,
and they don't have to worry about dealing with a paper-based statement while reducing the risk of financial
information being exposed when paper statements are mailed or discarded.
Will I continue to get paper statements through the mail?
Signing up for e-statements will automatically discontinue the delivery of paper statements. Onebanc e-statements
look exactly like the paper statements you receive today and include all the information that you receive with your
paper statements including your check images and any notices or other important information from Onebanc.
